Welcome to EadsCo Cleaning; we are glad you are here! We are in the business of providing Healthier Living, Peace of Mind, and More Free Time. There are many services that provide one or more of these to consumers, such as doctors, massage therapists, Feng shui practitioners, lawn care specialists, etc. We have chosen to provide these to you through Residential Cleaning. Staff training: Our staff is trained in a detailed process that we execute every time we clean. Leading a team to clean a home is project management, we teach our staff accordingly. There is no rotation of rooms or parts of rooms, we clean everything that we clean, every time.
Customized Work Order: During the in-home estimate (IHE), we will establish what rooms you want us to clean. Some clients want the whole house, but most people have rooms that will always be skipped or only added periodically. We add detailed notes that pertain to your home. Your work order is the key to setting our staff up for success and having a happy client after every clean!
Chemicals and Equipment: Our staff are also trained using our chemicals and equipment, so you don’t need to provide anything for us! Primary cleaning chemicals are EcoLab, which are used by many schools and large organizations because they are environmentally friendly but still do a great job cleaning. As an example, the primary surface cleaner is peroxide based, which means it is gentle and safe on LOTS of surfaces yet tough on dirt and grease.
Teamwork and communication:
We are a managed service, not a staffing agency; and we operate that way. All teams have a Team Lead in charge of making sure the clean is executed in project management fashion to our standard and your satisfaction. We launch all of the staff as a group to provide time to review the work orders for client homes and discuss any questions, concerns, or unique situations with our Trainers and Managers. The Team Leads have company phones(this ensures your contact information and communication does not end up on personal phones) and are in contact with our Managers for any questions that may arise during the day. Our staff is well prepared to clean your home!
We start with an In-Home Estimate to meet with you in order to find out if what you desire and what we offer are a good match. After you have decided on us, we set you up for your initial Deep Clean. If you are a new recurring Client, we also settle on a start date and schedule for your recurring service, this would be an every 1-,2-, or 4-week service. We also have a few clients that prefer to just do Deep Cleans every 3 months or annually.

The team did a fabulous job on my deep clean. Every surface was sparkling when they were done! They even went above and beyond, cleaning my son's sticky high chair! I was also pleased that the cleaning agents did not have a strong odor. The house just smelled fresh! The best part is, they are coming back next month!

We've been using EadsCo ( previously YGM) for awhile now and are very pleased! All of the crews take great care to ensure that service is consistent each time. Communication is also great; the team lead texts before arrival so we know when they're on the way. We've trusted them to clean when we're not home. When we're home, they are respectful that we're working and, aside from hearing the vacuum (which isn't bad), we wouldn't even know they are there. A bonus of being home is that we get to see their smiling faces! :)
