Deep Clean:

Our Deep Clean addresses pretty much everything except the painted walls & ceiling. We cobweb, and then we handwash cabinet faces, doors, frames, railings, exposed baseboards, chair rails, wainscot, sills/sashes on the windows we can reach/ access, de-smudge widows of prints, air returns & ceiling fans that we can reach, backsplashes, showers/ surrounds, etc.

Recurring Clean:

All of the surfaces touched in the Deep Clean are now maintained during the recurring cleans. 

Move-Out/In Clean: 

This is the Deep Clean*  with the addition of the insides of cabinets, drawers, baseboards, and closet interiors in an empty home.

*Assumes an empty home.

Services We Do NOT Provide:

Clean painted wall surfaces. Move furniture.  Perform carpet cleaning. Perform duct cleaning. Perform first post construction clean.  We also cannot clean bio-material, outside of normal kitchen or bathroom usage, as this will contaminate our equipment and be difficult to clean/ sterilize, so, for example, pet messes should be cleaned up prior to our arrival.
